1.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. There are no refunds on any unused items.

3. All loss, breakage, and collection charges are in addition to accrued rental charge.

4. Customer will be charged for any lost or damaged packing containers.

5. Responsibility for all equipment rentals remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the    
time of return.  






                                                                     
Cleaning

A cleaning fee of 50% will be assessed on all items not meeting the following conditions:

1. Glassware, china, utensils and food preparation equipment must be washed free of food/debris and   
repacked in containers

2. Linen must be free of food and trash and left to air dry to prevent mildew and mold.  DO NOT place
wet or damp linen in bags, this will cause mildew and customer will be responsible for 100% of             
replacement cost. Do not allow candle wax to drip directly onto linen, wax stains DO NOT come out        
and you will be charged for the full cost of damaged linen.  We do not accept linen with cigarette            
burns or tears.   

3. Barbecues must be cool and emptied of briquettes and ash.

4. Tables and chairs must be returned free of paint, crayon, ink, and any other discoloring agents.

Q: How Do I Place An Order?

A: Give us a call at 310-842-7827 or 1-800-826-5876 and a representative
will take your order. If you are routed to our voicemail system leave a
message and your call will be returned promptly.
Q: Is there a charge for delivery?

A: Yes, rates start at $40.00 and depend on the city and location of
delivery. Deliver will be made to the ground flooor.  There is an extra
charge for orders going upstairs, downstairs or that require an elevator
for delivery.
Q: Is there a charge for setup and breakdown of my order?

A: There is an additional charge for setup of tables and chairs.  Unless
previously arranged all orders must be broken down and repackaged or
stacked to avoid a breakdown charge . This does not apply to heaters,
canopies or generators.
Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: You will be given a delivery window of 3 hours between 8a.m. and
5p.m. . Anything outside of these
hours is subject to an after hours pickup
or delivery charge
. If you wish to have an order delivered at a specific
time, timing is available at
an additional charge.
