RENTAL POLICIES / PROCEDURES
RENTAL PERIOD / PRICING

Most prices are quoted for One (1) - Three day period. On weekends the rental period is
from Friday until Monday. Please call for long term rates. Prices are subject to change
without notice. A deposit is not required to make a reservation however a credit card is
required for all orders regardless of payment method.




PICKUP / DELIVERY

Please call for a specific quote..  Our minimum charge is $50.00 (subject to change any
time) for delivery Monday through Friday with a two hour window of delivery .
Charges will vary with distance , time restraints and time of day.   Delivery will be made
to a ground floor unless prior arrangements are made. Please note there will be an
additional charge for any deliveries requiring transit of stairs or the use of  an elevator.
Upon pickup all items should be stacked in the same location as delivered with tables
and chairs folded with all items cleaned and packed in the containers provided.





SETUP / BREAKDOWN

Our Staff will be happy to provide setup and breakdown service for a reasonable
cost if arranged in advance. Please call for a price quote.





CLEANING

All rental equipment must be returned int he same condition it was received with the
exception of linen. This means all items must be clean and free of mud, food residue,
paint, grease etc.. . If not you will be charged a cleaning fee of 30% of that piece of
rental equipment






LINEN / SKIRTING

Do not leave linen or skirting in airtight bags or containers  for any period of time.
Customer is responsible for any damage caused by mildew, burns or tears.  Candle
drippings must not be allowed to come into contact with linen.






LOSS / DAMAGE
Customer is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup
occurs. You will be charged a replacement cost for any and all damaged broken or
missing equipment and packing containers.
